General terms and conditions of business

These are the general terms and conditions (GTC). This template contains sample texts, is not complete and cannot be published. The T&Cs are designed to protect website owners. In them, they can define their own contractual conditions and fulfill their duty to inform. In the case of an online store, this duty to inform may include, for example, details about goods, prices, as well as the terms of concluding the contract, cancellation and revocation. The T&Cs must contain headings and be suitably worded for your own business. To ensure that your GTC comply with legal regulations, have them reviewed by an experienced lawyer.
